Unlike the arduous task of fitting a conventional liner to an unlimited series of complex angles and shapes, the GatorGard^TM sprayed-in pond liner gives you the versatility of coating intricate spaces and corners allowing for the perfect fit. Most conventional liners bridge severe depressions in the pond, which in turn make the liner more susceptible to puncture once filled, and under extreme pressure. Once installed and operational, the GatroGard^TM pond lining system is designed to give you years of service, clean ability and above all a beautiful piece of architecture you will never tire of.

GatorGards^TM unique delivery system, the “CONDOR” low-pressure plural component pump, allows for numerous surface finishes. During the installation process of GatorGard^TM, the certified installer can easily create a gentle raindrop texture or choose a more aggressive, tighter stipple effect. If non-skid is required around the edges of the water feature then fine mesh sand can be broadcast into the final coat of GatorGard^TM, giving it a natural outdoor earthy appearance. Additional smooth river rock or crushed aggregate can be permanently bonded into the final coat of GatorGard^TM to create various rock patterns, colors and effects.

Unique to the industry, only GatorGard^TM offers Rapid Curing expandable urethane foam in densities of 3-60 lbs. When combined with the GatorGard^TM seamless coating, custom designs are endless. Once the substrate has been structurally secured then GatorGard^TM foam can be applied using special low-pressure spray equipment so as to create vertical wall caves, overhangs, outcroppings for the bottom of the pond, extreme ledges and even contribute to water fall landscaping. Once the right density foam has been specified and coated with GatorGard^TM elastomeric coating, the structure becomes a permanent part of the feature and offers a natural landscape appearance that is visually superior to any other system offered in today’s industry. When natural stone and masonry is not possible, this custom system is the answer.

The GatorGard^TM Coating offers what NO other system can, extensive modification to previously installed GatorGard^TM liners. Because this product is liquid applied it can easily be blended into older installed GatorGard^TM coatings for expansion purposes with little effort. Since GatorGard^TM coating provides a seamless tie in, there is no need to worry about seam welding or potential leaks. Additionally, GatorGard^TM can be used to repair EPDM liners, concrete ponds, geotextile coated liners, rubber liners as well as urethane membranes. Nothing beats GatorGard^TM for repair versatility and long-term durability!

GatorGard^TM elastomeric, seamless coating system opens the door to unlimited possibilities! Because the product can be installed year round, regardless of temperature, water features can be designed in the winter months followed by, rock placement and filtration installation.
